KEY PROGRAMS
Youth Codependency Awareness Prevention Data Project – A podcast program designed to work with youth institutions/organizations & leaders to provide education ,awareness, and conduct studies to develop solution-based programming on 3 types of Codependency.’
Inner-city Civic Fellowship – is a youth employment & civics program designed to educate inner-city youth communities about the importance of understanding your civic duties; to enhance education aspirations, employability skills, social skills, conflict resolution skills, job training ability and professional career development; the program will teach the values, discipline, and commitment (life-skills) to becoming a successful citizen in the community.
Community Data collector Program- a program designed to offers youth citizens an opportunity to obtain training, work experience, and expand their abilities to identify barriers in education, employment, and recidivism in at-risk communities; centered around Codependency and addiction. The Community Data collector program will put them on the path to becoming successful trained professionals in Community Development.
Education & Social empowerment Media arts Program – a program designed to produce media projects working with Washington DC school age youth and at-risk communities that encourages Higher learning aspirations, while also creating youth groups that will enhance positive peer to peer engagement, leadership, and social skills, among other educational projects.
Gun Clinic - a podcast program designed to educate community at-risk to gun violence on the historiography about the purpose of gun usage and purchase in America; along with creating an open discussion for community members to voice their views on guns (positive or negative) to analyze the results/surveys for the psychological aspects on the way to the why (trauma/learned behavior) a gun is picked up in the community.
POET’s (Positive Outlet Empowers Thoughts) - An initiative to bring creative arts programming to the communities of Washington DC (mainly at-risk) to enhance awareness to the epidemics, mental health barriers, and lacking resource that stagnates inner city communities; youth will be able to advocate and enlighten Washington dc communities of crisis and traumas faced on a daily bases through creative writing programming that ensures all Citizen of Washington, D.C. are allotted the same opportunity to become successful citizens.
Family Strengthening Initiative Program- Promotes positive community socialization amongst family in high crime communities through cultural diversity activities that provide exposure in nontraditional settings to increase opportunities for parental engagement, along with building health relationships, social interaction, and lifetime memories for families of high crime communities in Washington DC.
